AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY NO

I recharged my MTNL no 9013780467 on Paytm through net banking for Rs 300, My A/c was debited same time but my no is not credited with the amount recharged yet .. In this regard I have spoken to Customer Care and the person told me to send a mail... Hoping for the expedite action .. Thanks
