Echarge of prepaid mobile

I had recharged mobile no 9968184142 for Rs. 500 vide paytm (order no is 35962681) on 23/4 at 11:28. Although the amount has been deducted but my mobile has not been recharged. Upon contacting paytm team (for online recharhe facility) they said that "We have checked with the operator and they have confirmed that the recharge has been successfully delivered. We request you to kindly contact MTNL Customer Care to confirm the status of your recharge". I request MTNL to confirm recharge on the said number.
