Mtnl combo plan speed 320 kbps
Speed is not working properly last 5 months

Odband connection speed is 320 kbps provided by MTNL. But my brodband combo plan 495, speed is not more than 200 kbps last 5 months. We had complained many times but mtnl staff is not responding.
