Telephone is not working from last 20 days

Dear Sir,

i am a resident of RZF 109/17, Street No. 43 Sadh Nagar Part-II, Palam, New Delhi - 110045. i have lodged a complaint of my telephone connection bering no. 25050313 on Monday i .e 25-06 and got the complaint no of 299. inspite of repetead complaint my telephone connectionn is still dead. would requet you to kindly look into this matter as this is become regular problem for last 6 months. I have taken this telephone for the uses of internet, so that my childern may use this for their study purpose. There is no payment is pending till date against my telephone connection.

again would request you to kindly look into this mattter and arrange to resolve at the earliest.
