MTNL Delhi Frequent Issues

My phone number is 29564019 (Pushp Vihar, New Delhi) and I am using 1899 unlimited plan but the speed is very low. Most of the times it doesn t works. Also, my LAN connection is not working on both the PCs I have, only Wireless works which drops connection often and very slow. I have logged so many portal complaints but nobody even contact me to fix it.

The Telephone instrument they have installed is always have static in line, the display is very poor and I can t hear people from other end properly (neither can they). Telephone department call me sometimes (not always) and say everything is fine and disconnect the call. Nobody visit even once to see how things are here.

I also do not receive the Telephone bills always. I am still looking for my Feb and May bills to be delivered to me, I have to submit the bills in my office to get the reimbursement back to me.

I am really upset with the services I am getting, please help me. Thanks.
