Unethically and Unprofessional approach by MTNL - Getting Unwanted SMS

Subject: Please return my money which is deducted by mistake (Case ID No: 13042012132730 lodged to MTNL)

Sir

My mobile number is 9013442610. Receiving message every month once for last few months that Your KKM service has been renewed You have been charged Rs. 30 / 30 days., The message comes from 567856030

I have never activated this kind of service, then why getting the amount deducted and this looks like case of cheating with me.

Kindly take an appropriate action to return my money back. Also deactivate this fraud service immediately.
