Unsatifactory mobile telephony services

I have a mobile phone connection from MTNL Delhi and my number is 9013622624. since almost one year i have suffered from poor service in terms of erratic signal strength and invalid SIM message. verbal complaints to the authorities at cantt office only got ridicules and an advise to change the SIM card at my cost of Rs 35/- which i did, but to no avail. i applied for number portability to aircel on two occasions but never got the service ported by MTNL. interactions at their office was pathetic display of callous attitude and i was told the the problem lies with the aircel and not them. i have not been able to change my number because this number has been shared with all my important services including the bank and official dealings. please intervene and save the apathy.
