MTNL Telephone and Broadband not stalled for two weeks

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a telephone and broadband connection with MTNL Delhi on 30th Mar. But still we have got installed the telephone or broadband connection.

MTNL Representative provided us the telephone a week back with promise that he would come next day and install telephone and modem.

MTNL Delhi Site -I could not find link to lodge complaint.

Request if my compalint can be sent to correct authorities
