Problem not solved by MTNL even after 2 years

I am having network problem for the past 2 years. The network goes very frquently abruptly. Apart from that there is also no network at the time of power cut. My mobile number is 9868268383 and I have filed numerous complaints over the period of 2 years but my problem is yet to be solved.
