Not able to make STD calls for last one month

Dear Sir/Madam

Reference to the above, for the last one month I am not able to make STD or Outstation mobile calls.

I have booked complaints @ your customer service 9869012345 atleast 6 to 7 times but nothing happens in return. Kindly address this customer grievence urgently otherwise, there is no use using dolphin anymore for me.
