Hello Sir/Madam

mere pass ek dolphin prepaid connection hai jiska balance approx. 90 rupees hai.joki meri amarnath yatra ke samay band ho gaya tha. jiski maine aaj (06/08) ko delhi sanchar haat me complain ki lakin koi solution nahi huwa. nai sim lane ke liye kaha gaya 28 rupees with id proof. esme mera kaha fault hai. mera dolphin mob number 9868094843 jo abhi tak band. please help me.
