MTNL - DOLPHIN-TRUMP
Poor Network Connection

Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been observed, from past 3-4 months i am continuously receiving a very poor network connectivity service from MTNL dolphin.

I am using this service from more than 5 years, till today i haven't received a proper service, forget about the service which is up-to the mark. which is beyond my expectation, but a proper service has not been provided till date.

'N' of complaints has been registered, which is of no use. Today if we make a call on the customer care no. there is no reply, the output which is being received is "currently all our executives are busy, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible". and there is no reply from the service provider.

If you make a call at any time (around 24 hrs), the executives are busy.

Till date I have tried 'N' no. of time, but i haven't received a single call from my service provider.

It reflects a very poor and shabby service from the service providers end.

Hence requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful thing.
