Security Money not refunded by MTNL Since 28/3

I have submited request for termination of CDMA phone no#24992273 dated 28/03 account no044946 Recpt no. 2SLS/00017446/09 at Hauzkhas delhi sanchar haat . but till date, I have not recieved any response. I have dailed 1502 for the complaint and the given the no.01127554260 . I have tried many time to this no but no one is picking up the phone . please help me to get my secuty mony.
