Phone and internet not working

Sir,

My mtnl phone (no: 25333042) is not working properly and even unlimited net activated on that phone is also not working from 5th march i call at mtnl helpline no ie 1504 daily they said that they send the man within 24 hr. but no man comes i hope my problem solve as soon as possible.
