I have been charged DSL installation, but MTNL Call Center told at the time of booking new DSL connection over voice, there are no charges for DSL installation on existing LL, Call center is not ready to log complaint against wrong information provided by them, also have logged complaint through MTNL Site but no one have reverted with actioning on the issue, Complaint no. 87052 was booked. i am not ready to pay rs. 300/- for DSL installation as this was never communicated to me.
