Not refund money of recharge.and balance deducted without any reasons

I s.k.choubey Recharge my mobile no. 9869101019 on line dated 12-04 of Rs. 750 and Rs. 100. at 19.00 Hrs. both recharge fail and money deducted from my credit card. this amount not refunded till dated.

Also on 30-04 MTNL has deduct Rs 130 approx. Without any Jenine reasons and make my balance 00.00.

kindly, take proper action against this service provider.
