Telephone number not working

Dear Sir,

I have mtnl number 27606732 in Airoli, Navi mumbai. More than two months now my telephone is not working properly. Some other telephone number is connected with my phone hence i am not able to hear any voice from the caller neither i can call any one from my instrument. I have made several complaints to mtnl office at rabale but so far no action has been taken from mtnl side. Kindly help me in this matter.
