MTNL Trump Connection
Out Of Coverage (Network Problem in Rajouri Garden Area)

In Rajouri Garden MIG Green Flats area, the Dolphin and Trump Customers are facing network problem since 4 months. We are unable to use our Dolphin or Trump mobiles in this area. Most of the times there is reply OUT OF COVERAGE AREA. If anytime call connects by luck then very soon it drops.

There is no limit of time for SMS to reach. When we contact customer care they say that Rajouri Garden exchange is near and you should get good network but it’s not true. One customer care person had a different view said that manually select the network but to my amazement I couldn’t find MTNL network when searched manually. How funny... They don’t believe and nothing has been done in 4 months to make it good. I have 2 connections of TRUMP and nobody able to contact us or we can’t contact anybody when in need. MTNL has cheap schemes but has a poor network.
