Money deduction

Dear sir,

I am Avinesh Kumar, warking as Deputy Manager in HAL, Hyderabad. My mobile no. is - 9908175692. I was trying to recharge my mobile through online recharge service (i.e. www.freecharge.in) for Rs. 1000. Money has been deducted from my SBI account but my mobile is still not recharged and money was also not refunded. Order ID was also not given to me.
