I too purchased a SPY PEN from NAAPTOL under their Order No.298768 on 16/04 which, after returning it for repair five time, I forced to claim for refund and accordingly, I returned the SPY PEN and claimed in June 10, but even after today in spite of my telephonic reminder now and then, they have not taken care to refund my money worth Rs.1749/-.
