My grevience is the Hello Tune Service which is unnecessarily activated on my no.

your customer care executive are saying that i have activated it. and they are providing me the fake details. My balance has already been deducted for the said service, which is wrong.

Not only the said problem is unsolved but now they have stoped my RIGHT to talk to the customer care representative.

When I make complaint to the customer care represenative from another Airtel No. 9871226461, instead of solving the problem they have stoped the RIGHT to talk to the customer care representative.

Hope I will get the Solution.
