Money detected from balance of my mobile phone

My reliance mobile number is 9015986456 and I have taken prepaid service of reliance. For last some days I have observed that after each 2 days some charges are deducted from my balance of above mobile number. I have not taken any service.

Please ensure that no money is detected for any charges if any service is activated inadvertently please deactivate it.
