Porting out from Airtel mobile connection

I am using airtel past many years and not satisfied by the services as we don't get signal in south mumbai tardeo area and on mumbai -pune expressway and many other places in Maharashtra and Mumbai.

we have written several letters to them but no action has been taken by them to start services in all areas.

We could not change the number so we kept on paying bills.

Now portability is available and we are trying last many days they reject saying payment is pendingon st march 11.We have made payment of Rs.625.00 on 17.2.11 of due date 27.2.11 of rs.624.90.For 10 ps paid excess they gave reason payment dispute and finally gave credit on 2.3.11 at 6pm of rs.1 and said yr case is resolved and yr no.will be potted out in 7 days or earlier. They have my deposit of Rs.7000.00 still harassing and not allowing us to change to MTNL.They show pending matter to MTNL till today 5.3.11.MTNL wants that Airtel bharti should confirm directly to them. It is impossible to contact airtel you have to keep on listening several hrs recording and music. Last three days we are trying contact and have a severe headache now and no way to contact them at all. Pls help.
