Withot my concern using my mobile numbe

I am the meber of the net2mobile.com, this company withot my permision they used my mobile number to unknown persons to sending sms. The persons are shouting on my phone. So as user I was cancel my membership from this website. after the 2 months the bledy net2mobile.com repeated same thing. Then the unknown persons are threning on my phone. So should tell me what can I do.
