Netconnect Broadband 3.1 Mbps wireless service

I am a victim of Reliance Communications. I chose to buy Netconnect Broadband 3.1 Mbps wireless service over TATA... thinking I would get good speed and better service... but it turned in a nightmare. I got a hell lot of mental anxiety with the run-around. My health is affected so much that I am almost planning to the Consumer Court if things dont get settled.
I purchased the Netconnect around a week back... the executive told me my papers are not eligible for services and thus requested me to give another set of documents. I decided my mom's house documents since I am listed in the Ration Card there and I often stay there since its close to my house. Your company's executive did not bother to give me a call nor informed of the timings when he coming. Unfortunately when your executive went for verification... nobody was there at house except my old grandfather is almost 86 year old. He said I dont stay there as I am married. The verification failed. The executive promised me that a 2nd verification will done... just tell your mother and family members to be at the house. From 3 days we have been waiting..cancelling all our programs however no one turned up. I have called 1000 times to the DSA office. Since they recognise my number from the caller ID facility they do not pickup my calls. They even pick up and cut the phone so that I loose my money on phone calls as well.
I got your number from Reliance Webworld and they assured the zonal officer Tilak Chatterjee will help me out. Surprisingly even Reliance Webworld said as they are franchisees they cannot help. I have emailed them and the Maharashtra Zonal officer Preeti as well.
Just tell us one thing... its the product and service of Reliance the customer buys or he buys the DSA service. I am surprised that even the call center numbers given to me showed me no help. They said that the only person who can help is DSA. When I told them they are not helping me... they said they cant do anything. Infact the money given to them will be lost in a few days if the line goes dead.
Please do something about this... I want my services activated... a verification done again... or else a replacement of datacard so that i can provide new documents atleast. I am very upset and I will definitely not spread a good word on the net and my friends if my problems are not resolved.

This executive not only took money but did not provide receipt. The Agency is giving me no help and banging phones... cutting the line off... they even threatened that I would loose my money. I am really upset. I never thought RELIANCE is such a mess.
