Fraud and cheating!

Have been using Airtel connection since 2000. I have both postpaid and prepaid connection. Its a regular practice of Airtel that they cheat their customers big time. I wanted to stop getting all promotional messages from airtel and to my surprise, they informed me that it would take 45 DAYS to stop. When I asked to send me a confirmation by sending a message, they say, they dont have access to send messages to customers.

I was informed that I can use interned speed of 200 kbps on my Nokia 6600 however when i got it activated on mobile, I see only 115.2 kbps speed is active. When contacted customer care they regret and told me that your handset is not compatible to use 200kbps and surprisingly, she asked me to change the handset to use the service. When i requested to talk to a manger, the person says, we don't have managers around and hung up the call on me.

Airtel sucks. Its a request to all of you, NOT TO GO FOR AIRTEL CONNECTION.
