Net setter 3g
Wrong information form CC

I am totally disappointed form idea form last one & half hour i am trying to get correct information from customer care but at 8:59 pm one member of idea cc gives me wrong information about 3g net setter he advised me for 399 rs recharge i confirmed once again that is it 399? again he says yes, after confirmation i got the recharge & i got the message you can check (9992578238) that your balance is 0. Again i call back to CC but no body is give correct information & final feedback is that i am not able to connect with CC i can listen only automatic voice message i need correct information & want to get my 399 refund otherwise i need to consumer court
