Network coverage and balance deduction

After a so long i have recharged my mobile for paper recharge rs 30. and after 1 day company deducted 20rs from my account and i would like to get back my money i don't want any subscriptions to be activated on my mobile and i don't want to get any company call from reliance offering any offers so please help me

and i have talked with reliance customer care he said it is not refundable is there any process to get refund of my money like uninor
