I purchased a New Blackberry 8830 with order # 6818408 (COD). The Product delivered to me was old/used phone also its body is broken from keypads, the charger is not working also the color of phone is not as expected and there are several prefilled contacts found on the Phone's i.e. in phone's contact list. I would like u to refund my amount and please get my request processed ASAP. Please consider this mail as my complaint of request to refund my Amount and take back your damaged Phone.
