Disconeection of O/G services

I had taken an Idea Cell No. 9926684536 just 14 or 15 days back. I submiitted the documents for id and address proof. For id proof:- 12 Class Marklist with Photo and for address: domicile certificate issued by 'Nayab Tahsildar' of M.P. Govt. but O/G facility has been disconnected without intimation to the u/s.
