Unwanted Service Activated

Dear Sir,

I want to complain against unwanted services activated by Mobile service providers (Tata Docomo).

I am not believe in "VASTU SASTRA" and that is useless for me but they activated vastu sastra service and deducted subscription charges from my a/c balance.

And when i was call docomo customer care executive he informed me we send you flash message and you activated this service & inform me if you want to talk with my manager so call me after 5 minute. After 5 minute when i was call again to Service executive on company No. 121 they do not allow me to talk with coustomer executive only one tape is there to instruct mail on listen@tatadocomo.com.

So, no one is there to listen customer problem.

Therefor i need your help to fight against unwanted service activated & against flash messages & voice calls of Service Providers.
