P.f amount not credited

Respected Sir,

Sub: PF Claim Status

I am an Ex-employee of addecco flexione, worked for Aircell Cellular Ltd. Chennai. I resigned my job as well as I have done my P.F. claiming formalities successfuly on the month of April. My employer has submitted the required forms on Sept 12th and I received acknowledgement mail for the same. My P.F.No.is KN/BN/34272/ 66607. But the amount has been not credited so far in my account. I have tried to check online on www.epfindia.com the website always states that your claim has not been received by this office. Moreover I sent mails to both the Regional (sro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in) sub-regional P.F.office (sro.bms@epfindia.gov.in) Bangalore, but I didn’t get any response so far. Kindly look into the issue and update my claim status as well as amount in my bank a/c. My bank account no.is 882018672. Name of the bank is Indian Bank, Palayamkottai Branch, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu-627002.
