Customer service is a big joke!

Airtel services in Goa have really become pathetic. Specially the GPRS service. Airtel claims to provide EDGE GPRS service in Goa. which as per claims is supposed to give you a connection speed of 256 KBPS. Which approximately boils down to a download speed of at least 25-30 KBPS.

But I have never ever experienced a speed more than 12 KBPS. and that too that 12KBPS is a speed you will get very very rarely. Most of the time the speed is just around 3-4 KBPS. And to add to the troubles the service goes down every second month and remains down for more than 15-20 days.

Customer Service is just a big JOKE which is more trouble than help. In summary Airtel is just not bothered about its customers. In spite of repeated complaints they are just not bothered.

Well Indians!!! These people are Fleecing us.
