BAD PRODUCT AND WORST SERVICE BY NOKIA CARE

My name is Nishant Srivastava and i have bought my Nokia C6-00 Handset on 14th Oct. 2010. After one and half month i have started facing problem of battery immediately discharging and phone overheating.

I have shown it to NOKIA CARE CENTRE (Sheetla WLL Services, Gurgaon), they have took my phone for more than a week and after reciwving my phone, i found that all original features of my phone has been lost, i have complained about it to the same nokia care centre, they have again taken my phone for a day and returned me back without sorting my problem. They have given me the excuse of 'Software updation' for this problem.

After one day i found again my phone is discharging immediately and overheating very badly, i have tried to contact the Manager of that Nokia care centre but he hasn't revert back... Now tell me what should i do with this 13, 205 Rs. phone and with NOKIA PEOPLE...!!!
