Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one

My nokia c7 phone not working repair from last two month, one time i have repair it in nokia care nashik road, but problem not solve in it network problem, charging shows but not done, hanging problem, speakerphonee problem at the time of call, now i drop it in nagpur nokia care, so please Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one, due to this handset i have loss in my trading business, please give it imaged.
