Complaint nokia mobile company not providing services at proper time

Dear sir,

i am facing big problem regarding nokia mobile service... i have nokia mobile E63 and actually my mobile headset have problem regarding phone jack so they are saying it will take 15 days and they not providing any backup phone to me and my phone get restart again and again automatically and i have visited twices regarding this problem but they can't be able to resolve this problem everytime they say your problem is solved...

to Sheetla WLL Services, Old Delhi Road, Opp. Plaza Solitare, Sector-14, Gurgaon..

so kindly suggest me what can i do to resolve my problem
