Not working

Dear Sir/Mam

I bought a New Nokia c3 01 Phone on 31 July. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Touch not work & Phone hanging).

But with much regret to inform you that within 13 days of purchase the Touch not Work so that we gave to your service centre.

They asked me to come to the care saying

that my handset is ready but when i went there i saw it it has not been
