Fraud me when i went to change the housing and d-cover of NOK 2630

i contacted nokia service center, chunniganj in month of january to change housing and d-cover of my mobile nokia 2630, but they change only housing of my mobile [850Rs]and said " d-cover is not available this time, we will change it next time whenever u come''

but now when i contact them for d-cover, they refuse to change it and said&-#039;' u have to change d-cover along housing''
