Non-Delivery of new postpaid sim card

This complaint is in regards to a delay of more than '17 Days' in activating my new postpaid simcard connection and vodafone's ignorance in resolving our consistent complaints. I am highly disappointed to get victimized by this pathetic service from Vodafone and its marketing associate 'Systematic knowledge services Pvt. Ltd' located at Gr. Fl., Radha Silk Mills, 30 P.P. Rd., W.Exp. Highway, Andheri (E), Mumbai-69.

On 3rd July a firm named Systematic knowledge services Pvt. Ltd. contacted us on behalf of Vodafone to offer us a postpaid sim card with no. 98200XXXXX. We have carried out the formalities, submitted all the documents and paid the charges on 4th July. It has been 17 days we have not received the micro sim card. Since 15 days we have been continuously trying to contact the company representative Mr. Rahul on no. 9819034024 or 8879618464, but without success. Our calls and messages are intentionally disconnected, avoided and carelessly diverted causing immense delay.

We have already registered this compliant with Vodafone care thrice, with docket no.424929486, 426023974 and via email dated 16 July but unfortunately have not received any response from Vodafone. When we contacted thru telephone on vodafone care, they diverted us to contact vodafone gallery. On which when we contacted Vodafone gallery they diverted our issue by asking us to email on vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com. On this we emailed our complaint to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com but no one has bothered to answer/ resolve our query.

This deliberate negligence from Vodafone and its associate Systematic knowledge services Pvt. Ltd. have caused us loss of time and money by making several complaint calls since past 17 days.
