Not able to get 3G signals

Hi,
i am not able to get 3g signals in pune even after recharging my number with 3G recharge as said by customer care executives. Two months before everything was fine and i was able to get 3G signals with out any 3G recharge. when I lodged a complaint regarding this they closed the complained saying your problem will get solved in two hours and there is no problem from out side. I begged the lady (customer care executive) not to close the call until I get the 3G signals but she did not hear me and closed the call. It happened two time with me. And the funniest thing is I am also not able to call the customer care since last 2 months. when I call the customer care, the response I get every time is "ALL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY PLEASE WRITE US ON LISTEN@TATADOCOMO FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE". I am very nervous now and planning to port out my number to some different operator. I customer service I have faced her in pune of TATADOCOMO is the worst of mine whole telecom experience. Even the I did not get any reply from LISTEN@TATADOCOMO also.
