Not Activating Service after paying for service

Tata docomo is making fool every customer regarding every service they are providing

My Number is 9812377222

On 13 July i did two recharges

One is at 6:59 pm that is of pack 25 in which my docomo to docomo will be 10 paise.

and second is at 7:13 pm that is of RS 34 in which my all STD call will be 25 paise but till now pack of RS 34 is not activated on my number and Standard charges is deducting on STD call every time from my balance

when ever i call their customer care they always give excuse of technical issue and did't give any answer cut the call

Even their on line chat supporter also go away after keep me on hold and did't reply anything

So, request you to pls look into the same on very urgent.as i am now fed up from this.
