Dear Sir,

I have reliance GSM prepaid card since last 1 year. Few days ago I used STD facility because of my personal usage. But Now a days I don't want to continue this facility. But Now I want to do more local calls to reliance and other network's numbers. Therefor I want to know about local call rates and related several plans which are offered from reliance mobiles. I want to know which plan is suitable for me. For this since last 10 days I am trying to call *333- a customer care number. But whenever I call, it cuts automatically after few minutes. I can not talk to customer care executive, before I push various buttons as per they instructed in call, it cuts automatically.

I also tried to call on 198 - an another customer care number of reliance, but at there they don't reply me properly and don't give me satisfactory answer. On *333 they charge 0.50 paise per minute for calling. But it is very sad that they don't receive call before 7-8 minutes. So after that u can not get the customer care executive and loss the 3-5 rupees without any service.

I request you to something helpful in this matter as earliest.
