Account debited/recharge failed

On 12.12.2010 & 18.12.2010 I tried to recharge my mobiles thru on line recharge 'www.rechargeitnow' site

by using my visa debit card. My account was debited on both the occasions, but 'Recharge Failed'

This online recharge process really wasted my time and money leading to mental agony & frustration.

Please look into the matter and redress my problem.
