3G settings

Dear sir,

This is satyabrata patra from cuttack. I am having a 3g enabled mobile and have activated 3g service from aircel. My aircel no is- 9853866055. I have called the customer care to help me connect to the internet as I have recharged the concerned 3G internet packages. But for last 5 days i am trying to get the settings from them but no results yet as all the time the custermer care pesonnels make me fool by giving xyz reasons for which now i am thinking that I have done a great mistake by choosing aircel where lots of options are before me.

Therefore i request u to take some quick necessary action for which my problem will be resolved.
