Data usage exceeds credit limit

I have taken the 3G online service from the Aircel. My overall credit limit is Rs.1000. The tariff plan is 92 plan and 200 MB free download. After activating the service to my mobile, within 10 days of time my outgoing service has barred.
I have enquired the customer care executive and they informed that my usage exceed credit limit. They told that my total bill for that 10 days is Rs 5200. It was very shocking to me and I asked that my credit limit is only 1000 and how the usage has gone up to 5000.
Till now i didn't get the proper response from anyone. Even the customer care staffs doesn't know how this mistake has happened.
Now i am in a situation to pay the entire amount.
This is a total waste of money for just 10 days.
I stopped the 3G service and planning to move to other network.
