Deduction of money from pre-paid account balance

I have charged my pre-paid account on 15/03 for Rs 111 of talk time 111.And I used my phone for call of Rs 6, But after two days my account balance is deducted from Rs 105.3 to Rs 48.03 with out any information about the deduction.their is no control over this company and they are dowing their own. I hope my complaint may be taken seriously and action may be taken on this company.
