My numbers were disconnected in Jan after my interaction with the Area Sales Manager they were reactivated and again they were disconnected in the month of Feb without any intimation, I filed a complaint with customer care and nodal officer, they were reactivated in about 4 days time. Once again today at around 7pm they are deactivated. Why is Aircel playing these games??? Is it because I pointed out the deficiency in the sales team taking documents and not submitting it at the concerned office??? Is it because I wanted them to account for my submitted documents which can be misused to take another number??? How can a service provider activate the numbers without submission of documents??? So is it logical that a few days after activation you ask me for a new set of documents??? I really feel that someone at Aircel is playing games with the customer which needs to be probed.
