Unwanted Balance debited

My name is vinoth from pondicherry, my mobile no is 7373436012.I have used this no for the past 2 years. I had recharge my account following dated 12/11 @Rs.10, 13.11.11 @Rs.20, 14.11.2011 @ Rs.50, 16.11.11 @Rs.20, 17.11.11 @Rs.20 .After recharged my account balance showing full balance amounts, but after 10 minutes all amounts are debited. I am facing that problem last 2 weeks. Two month back also same problem I had faced, that time also I had complaint registered on website. After that my problem resolved. Even this time also I got same problem. But this time after recharge all amounts are debited from my account. Why every time happen like that please resolve my problem. Please do need full for me.
