Sir,

I have have a sim of aircel no. 9851652335. Last 04/01 dt. aircel cut Rs 15 from my balace without my consent as I did not authorise them to give me this paid service. I have contacted many times to custmercare no. but nothing had done so far.

Please do the needfull.
