Recharge not done

Dear Sir,

I recharged Airtel Digital TV No. 3001523927 by Rs. 500. Money is deducted

from my account but recharge is not done. I recharged on 1/07 at 6:08

p.m. Please get my money refunded.

it shows please wait while we process your request for last one hour.

I recharged via credit card.

Please take legal action against them they are cheating people.
